After collecting you from your chosen location we will travel to the Hermitage at Friars Carse on the banks of the Nith where Burns wrote Tam O’ Shanter.  We will then visit Burns House and Mausoleum where the National Bard is laid to rest.  The next stop will be the fantastic Annandale Distillery for Lunch and then a 45 minute guided tour of the historic Distillery.   We will then make our way to the Brow Well where Robert Burns spent some time in the last few months of his life.  Our tour then focuses on the life of Robert the Bruce and after exploring the ruins of Lochmaben Castle we make our way to GreyFriars Church in Dumfries where on the 10th February 1306 a  meeting between Bruce and John Comyn altered the history of Scotland forever.  We will also visit Castledykes Park,  the site of Dumfries Castle,  and then end the day at Dumfries Museum to see the skull replica of Brue and other superb local exhibits.

We offer a door to door service and we would be delighted to pick you yup and drop you off from your chosen location.  The price does not include lunch or entrance fees but we guarantee a high quality five star service.
