Visitors are offered different tour options and can meet Distillery Manager, Malcolm Rennie, formerly of Kilchoman Distillery, Islay. Local craftsmanship is displayed in the woodwork and furniture which has been made by Kirkcudbright master craftsman, Ian Cameron-Smith. There are also coffee and gift shops.
